Sarah Hooker (c. 1629 - August 20, 1725) was a resident of Dorchester, Massachusetts.

Hooker was born around 1629 in a suburb of Chelmsford, Essex, England, as the daughter of Thomas Hooker and Susanna Garbrand. She removed to New England with her father in 1633 at the age of four. She was unmarried by the time her father died in 1647, but preparations were then being made for it, and she was married soon afterward. After her marriage in around 1647, she settled in Dorchester, Massachusetts, where her husband was a colleague of the Reverend Richard Mather. She also raised a family for many years until her last child was born in 1664.

Hooker died in Braintree, Massachusetts on August 20, 1725.
