John Fletcher (c. 1606 - April 18, 1662) was an English immigrant to New England and a deacon of the church in Milford, Connecticut.

Fletcher was born around 1606 in England and immigrated prior to 1635 to Watertown, Massachusetts. He removed to Wethersfield, Connecticut, soon after. After his marriage, the family removed to Milford, Connecticut, and joined the Milford church in 1641, where he served as deacon. He owned lot 12 in the settlement, and served as a Deputy to the New Haven Legislature in May 1659 and May 1661.

Fletcher died in Milford, Connecticut, on April 18, 1662.
